INSPIRATION: There are two types of toffee, good toffee and great toffee. When Butter is your first ingredient, it generally leads to a pretty great thing! Our toffee has been a customer favorite for years, often resulting in late nights around the holidays – crafting small batches around the clock! After we decided on a premium AA butter from our Midwest cows and Fair Trade Certified Cane Sugar, next up was choosing the perfect topping. For the Almond Toffee we dry roast raw red Almonds in our candy kitchen until they are golden brown on the inside – igniting the entire flavor a premium Almond has to offer. When it comes to the Pecan toffee, we candy each one with a special sugar and sweet glaze. The Pistachio and Macadamias are hand selected from an entire batch, lightly toasted and chosen for size and color, the Sea Salt Toffee uses one of the rarest salts in the world – Cyprus Flake – a natural flake sea salt from the Mediterranean Sea surrounding the island of Cyprus and finally the Espresso toffee has a solid chocolate espresso topping to each piece – with freshly brewed Italian espresso cooked inside the toffee.
